The District 70 Bulletin Board contains two forums.
In the Notice Board members can post notices and subsequently modify and delete them as necessary, post responses and read and become involved in such exchanges.
In the Discussion Forum members can take part in discussions on issues concerning Toastmasters. You can share opinions, seek advice or enter into themed discussions with other Toastmasters in District 70 after registration.

If you want to promote a Toastmasters function or a Speechcraft course, or just want to see what is going on in the District, the appropriate pages to view and post to are our What's On and Community Speechcraft pages.
If you want to share opinions with other members around the world, as distinct from within our District, you can do that through ToastmastersPrime. This is a private forum on Google Groups that is becoming a popular alternative to the old and now spam ridden Toastmasters newsgroup.
