District 70 Forums
This website has a forum with two boards.
In the Notice Board members can post notices, subsequently modify and delete them as necessary, and post responses.
In the Discussion Board members can take part in discussions on issues concerning Toastmasters. You can share opinions, seek advice or enter into themed discussions with other Toastmasters in District 70 after registration.

World Wide Options
Toastmasters around the world can connect through several online social networking sites that are moderated by Toastmasters World Headquarters. Sites include Facebook, Lindekin and Twirtter.
