information has been prepared as handouts at District training
sessions.

Speech

(Speech Contestant Biographical Information sheet, Speaker's Certification
of Eligibility and Originality, Timers Record sheet, Counters Tally sheet,
Contest Winner Notification sheet) and all Contest Judging Forms should be ordered from
District Supplies.

Judges for Area Contests need to be approved by the Division Governor and judges for Division Contests needs to be approved by the Lt Governor Education and Training. Area/Division Governors can complete this online form or download this pdf version to notify their judges.
Contest Budget form Excel spreadsheet. Click Excel Contest Budget Formand save to your computer (requires you to have a copy of Excel installed on your computer – PDF versions of the form are available below).
Once filled out, the Contest Budget Form should be printed and signed. Email the completed form, no later than 21 days before the Contest, to the District 70 Contest Budgets Officer for budgetary approval.
After the Contest has finished use the Contest Budget Actual spreadsheet. Click Excel Contest Budget Actual Form Linkto complete the financial results of the contest.
Once filled out, the Contest Budget Actual Form should be printed and signed. Email the completed form, within 30 days, to the District 70 Contest Budgets Officer for processing.
