collection of resource information for Club and District Officers in relation to the planning, conduct and judging of Speech Contests in Toastmasters. Much of this
information has been prepared as handouts at District training
sessions.

International Speech Contest Rulebook covering all 4 contests conducted in District 70.
Speech

of Eligibility and Originality, Timers Record sheet, Counters Tally sheet,
Contest Winner Notification sheet) and all Contest Judging Forms should be ordered from
District Supplies.

Judges for Area and Division Contests need to be approved by the LGET. Area/Division Governors can complete this online form to notify their judges.

In addition, an
Excel spreadsheet version of the form is
available here that can be completed online. It does require you to have
a copy of Excel installed on your computer though. Click this
spreadsheet
link and select the Open option. The sheet is for number input only.
Numbers can be varied until a satisfactory result is achieved. Once
completed, the sheet should be printed and details like name, area, venue
etc handwritten in. The Form also needs to be authenticated (signed
manually). It can then be posted or faxed to the District Budgets Officer,
who can be contacted by email
if necessary to follow up.
Following the contest you can use this Excel form to complete your actual report of how the contest finished up.
