Speech Contest
Judging Handbook (released Nov. 2006) as used for District Judging Training sessions. For those wishing to have their judging knowledge assessed, please complete the online Multiple Choice Questionnaire. The results are submitted to the District Judging Coordinator for assessment. The test can also be printed out here.

Excel spreadsheet version of the form is
available here that can be completed online. It does require you to have
the latest copy of Excel installed on your computer though. Click this

link and select the Open option. The sheet is for number input only.
Numbers can be varied until a satisfactory result is achieved. Once
completed, the sheet should be printed and details like name, area, venue
etc handwritten in. The Form also needs to be authenticated (signed
manually). It can then be posted or faxed to the District Budgets Officer,
who can be contacted by email
if necessary to follow up.
