Club voting delegates (President or Vice-President Education) who cannot attend a District Conference, can use this Proxy Form to enable another Club member to carry their vote at a District Council meeting.

The elected positions on the District Executive Committee are District Governor, Lt. Governor Education and Training, Lt. Governor Marketing and the 8 Division Governors. See Mission/Purpose of each office and required qualifications. Nominations for office must be made by 31 March each year using the District Nomination Form. To be nominated or elected a person must be a member in good standing, meet the qualifications of the office, must consent to being nominated and must sign an Officer Agreement and Release Statement.

The District Finance Manual (revised
Aug. 2008), a regularly reviewed and updated manual
covering all details of the financial administration of the District. The
manual is produced under the direction of the District Council and
includes all requirements covered by the District Bylaws, the policies of
Toastmasters International, the continuing motions of the District council
and established precedents and practices in the District.
